Wallet Pay: There is already option to accept payments on Telegram in cryptocurrency 

The popular messenger Telegram has a new service, the Wallet Pay, which enables chatbots of various companies to accept payments in a variety of cryptocurrencies.

In particular, Wallet Pay works with Bitcoin, Toncoin, and Tether USD, Cointelegraph reports.

Wallet Pay works in many countries, including those where payment for goods and services in cryptocurrency is prohibited by law. This list includes Russia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and a number of other countries. According to the developers of Wallet Pay, companies should make their own decisions about using this service in such countries.

Furthermore, the new service is available also in countries—such as Iran, Myanmar, and North Korea—that are blacklisted by the Financial Action Task Force.

According to Wallet Pay representatives, they have already received several hundred applications to join this new payment system.
